I'm not much of a fan of bottled marinades and sauces, but this one is SO good I just have to include this recipe here.
1 good sized pork tenderloin, butterflied
1/3 jar of Ann Marie's Secret Sauce *
Marinate the tenderloin in a large zip-top plastic bag for an hour or two in the fridge..
Preheat your grill and cook the pork for about 8-10 minutes per side
(depending on how big it is) or until done to your liking.
Serve with Braised Red Cabbage and Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes.
