If you are ever in Boston and love interesting and unique Asian and French cuisine, you should check out The Elephant Walk restaurant. This recipe is from their cookbook. Be sure to allow plenty of time for marinating.
Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves, smashed and coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs, separated
Directions:
Mix the garlic, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper together in a large bowl
Add the ribs to the bowl, turning the ribs to coat wll with the
marinade, and allow to sit for at least 1 your at room temperature or
as long as overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill or broiler, positioning aa rack about 6 inches from the heat.
Grill the ribs until well browned and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
